We get it, things don't always work out! We're here to help get it right! Please carefully review our Return Policy and Instructions below.
You may return any unworn, free of any scents, unwashed merchandise within 14 days of the ship date, along with a copy of your receipt for store credit only. Send returns to Charm Boutique, 521 9th Street, Gothenburg, NE 69138.
Once we receive your return and it meets all the qualifications, we will email you a code for Store Credit for you to use on your next purchase.
All SALE ITEMS are final and cannot be returned.
We suggest you obtain a tracking number when returning items. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit to us.
You may want to purchase insurance and tracking for your package, as we can't be responsible for lost or damaged shipments. USPS is typically the most cost effective way to ship. All shipping costs are non-refundable as they are paid to a 3rd party. Excessive returns may result in a Restock fee.
Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days at firstname.lastname@example.org so we may address the issue. We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period, have washed it or worn it.
If we deem the item(s) defective then we can exchange for the same item if possible or you will be issued a full refund and a prepaid return label.
$8 US Shipping: All U.S. orders ship via Priority mail for $8 with USPS and will be delivered by your USPS Postal Carrier. Shipping times typically take anywhere from 2-4 days (delivery times are not guaranteed) and packages are insured for up to $50.
Orders are quickly processed and sent from our boutique in Nebraska within 1 business day (we are closed Mondays & Sundays). You will receive an email with a tracking number once your item has shipped.
